Should you need to return any products back to viva hair store, you will need to follow the following procedure.

Contact us via email on the email address provided at the bottom of the order confirmation email.  Explain the reason for the return and also your order number, we will then send you an email with the returns number.

You will need to send the products back to the address we supply in original packaging and condition.

Please note that in order for us to accept returned orders, the products must be un opened and the seals remain unbroken.

You have 14 days to cancel your order and return the products back to us for a refund.  After this time the order is not refundable or returnable.

If when receiving your order you find that the package has been damaged and as a result, the products have been damaged.  Please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the order and get replacements sent out to you.

Tracked delivery £2.95 or free on orders over £25.
